唔好話香港... 阿布達比既天氣一樣係持續寒冷!!!! 前兩日仲有大風沙... 出街時, d風大到好似香港打風咁... 加埋d沙.. 真係唔可以開口講野!!
前幾日見到貓姐整既薑汁撞奶... 好正啊~~
上年啱啱過黎既時候做過一次,, 但唔成功呀!!! 之後都無再整過.. 今次睇返貓姐既recipe, 加埋'懶'係有多少少入廚經驗.. 我十足把握咁去馬呀~~
今次用既薑可能係老薑... 辣到我食完個咀有d孖潤FEEL~~ 好辣呀!!
睇下... 好似好掂咁呀!!!!
最後都係宣告失敗!!!! 開頭幾啖係ok... 但底部個d都係凝得唔夠實!! WHY? WHY? Tell me WHY???? 次次人地一做就好成功既野.. 點解我次次都失敗????????
我唔夠薑再做多次啦!!! 成日都唔得..我唔玩啦, 哼! (除非有好心人俾個必勝秘訣我啊!!)

食譜 (copy from 貓姐)
材料:(1碗)
牛奶 200 ml,糖 5 - 10 g,薑汁 1 - 1.5湯匙
做法:
1. 將薑汁放在碗底備用,如想辣可放多些;
2. 將牛奶加糖煮熱,切記不可煮滾,見有大量出煙便熄火,煮的時候要用羹攪拌,把所有糖完全溶解於牛奶中;
3. 準備一個大湯碗,將熱牛奶好似拉茶從高處直接倒入大湯碗,再倒回煲中,來來回回7次,這時候的溫度就差不多了;
4. 最後將奶倒入碗裡,待3至4分鐘後凝固便成
d奶唔同香港奶 ??

yummy, looks good. My cousin taught me that must stir the milk at least 50 times, I don't know why, but I just follow instruction, and it works!

嘩! 呢幾日真係好冷, 最憎大風沙, 吹到成個露台都係沙, 又要清潔喇! 一直都好想整薑汁撞奶的 (好似好容易咁), 下, 原來咁難

回覆刪除我係度都整個一次,都算成功,所以唔關呢度d奶既事。我個時整係要倒黎倒去十一次,唔知有無關係。不過聽人講d奶既溫度都幾緊要,可能我個次撞彩,撞啱咗。

我識食唔識整, 不過聽人講話要用1.5 % fat的奶做先得喎.
回覆刪除人地話要將牛奶煲到 80度就撞落去,80 度個樣係大煙煲邊有 d bubble 咁喎,但我自己未試過,如果你有探熱針或者再試下得唔得囉,好似唔關多薑定少薑0既事。

The trick is the ginger needs to be very very old, and you have to use 100% milk, can't be slim milk can't be other kinds. (If your ratio is right)
